Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By using AIExposureTool ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. What AIExposureTool does

AIExposureTool provides two tools:

• AI Exposure Audit — analyzes publicly accessible websites for AI visibility signals (metadata, structured data, llms.txt, etc.)
• Security Scanner — performs passive, read-only HTTP checks to identify common security issues on publicly accessible websites.

All scanning is passive and read-only. We do not attempt to exploit, attack, modify, or gain unauthorized access to any system.

3. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs that you own or have explicit permission to scan. By submitting a URL you confirm that:

• You own the domain or have written authorization from the owner.
• You are not using our Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
• You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse free tiers, or resell scan results without permission.

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy without refund.

4. Free & paid plans

• Free plan — 1 free scan per unique URL, 3 full report unlocks per month. No credit card required.
• Starter plan — $19/month or $180/year. 25 audits + 25 security scans per month. Re-scan any URL.
• Pro plan — $49/month or $468/year. Unlimited audits and scans. Re-scan any URL.

Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused scans do not roll over.

5. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your billing dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase if you are not satisfied — email us at support@aiexposuretool.com.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Scan results are informational only and may not identify all vulnerabilities. AIExposureTool is not responsible for security incidents, data breaches, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on scan results. Always consult a professional security auditor for critical systems.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIExposureTool shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

All content, code, and tooling on AIExposureTool is our property. Scan results generated for your URL are yours to use. You may not copy or redistribute our scanning logic, scoring algorithms, or prompt templates without written permission.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify active paying subscribers of material changes by email.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India.
