1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AIExposureTool ("Service"), operated at aiexposuretool.com by aitoolexposure.com ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

AIExposureTool provides the following tools for website owners, founders, and startups:

AI Visibility Audit — analyzes publicly accessible websites for AI visibility signals across 25+ checks including metadata, structured data, llms.txt, JSON-LD, and more. Generates an AI Exposure Score (0–100).
Security Scanner — performs passive, read-only HTTP checks across 19 security vectors to identify common vulnerabilities such as exposed API keys, .env files, missing security headers, open admin panels, and more. Generates a Security Grade (A–F).
Launch Toolkit — helps founders generate launch copy for 50+ startup directories, assess launch readiness, and track submissions.
OG Image Preview Checker — previews how a URL will appear when shared on Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, and Slack.
Fix Prompts & Asset Generation — generates AI-ready fix prompts for Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, and Gemini, as well as llms.txt files and JSON-LD structured data for your website.

All scanning is passive and read-only. We do not attempt to exploit, attack, modify, or gain unauthorized access to any system.

3. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs that you own or have explicit permission to scan. By submitting a URL you confirm that:

You own the domain or have written authorization from the owner.
You are not using the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose.
You will not attempt to circumvent rate limits, abuse free tiers, reverse-engineer our scanning logic, or resell scan results without permission.
You will not use automated bots to submit URLs in bulk without prior approval.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy without prior notice or refund.

4. Account & authentication

You may create an account using your email address. We use magic links (passwordless) for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your email.

5. Free & paid plans

Free plan — Unlimited AI visibility audits and security scans. Per-page GEO scores, generated llms.txt and JSON-LD. No credit card required.
Starter plan — $29/month or $288/year. 3 projects, 15 tracked prompts across 7 AI platforms, 5 competitors, content studio, alerts, API access.
Pro plan — $79/month or $792/year. 10 projects, 50 prompts, 15 competitors, industry benchmarks, trend forecasting, exports, 5 team seats.
Agency plan — $199/month or $1,992/year. 50 projects, 200 prompts, 50 competitors, white-label reports, 25 team seats.

Usage limits reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused scans do not roll over. Free tools such as the Launch Toolkit and OG Image Checker are available to all users regardless of plan.

6. Payments & billing

All payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our payment processor. Dodo Payments handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax, and VAT compliance on our behalf.

Dodo Payments accepts major credit/debit cards and select local payment methods depending on your region.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Invoices and receipts are issued by Dodo Payments and sent to your email.
All prices are in USD.
We do not store your credit card, bank account, or payment details on our servers. All payment data is handled entirely by Dodo Payments.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing us at support@aiexposuretool.com. Upon cancellation:

You retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
Your account automatically reverts to the free plan after the billing period ends.
No further charges will be made after cancellation.

8. Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with the Service within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal, you may request a full refund.

To request a refund, email support@aiexposuretool.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
All refunds are processed by Dodo Payments. We will instruct Dodo Payments to issue your refund upon approval.
Credit/debit card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear on your statement.
Refunds may be refused if there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior.
Partial billing-period refunds are not offered for mid-cycle cancellations outside the 30-day window.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Scan results are informational only and may not identify all vulnerabilities or issues. AIExposureTool is not responsible for security incidents, data breaches, or losses arising from your use of or reliance on scan results. Generated launch copy, fix prompts, and structured data are suggestions — review them before use. Always consult a professional security auditor for critical systems.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIExposureTool and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual property

All content, code, design, branding, and tooling on AIExposureTool is our property or licensed to us. Scan results, generated launch copy, fix prompts, and structured data generated for your URL are yours to use freely. You may not copy, redistribute, or reverse-engineer our scanning logic, scoring algorithms, prompt templates, or platform databases without written permission.

12. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party services including Dodo Payments (payments), Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), and Resend (email). Your use of these services through AIExposureTool is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability or performance of third-party services.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive termination.

14. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active paying subscribers and by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of India.
